Your DHL Global Mail parcel was sent by USPS International Mail, please refer to the DHL website at the tracking link by clicking here. A few days after shipping you will find a section on the right with the heading "Delivery by USPS Int'l" your local postal service will deliver all such USPS international mail parcels within 2 - 5 weeks depending on their efficiency and your countries regulations and Customs departments. For enquiries, give your local mail service (or post office) the tracking number under this heading "Delivery by USPS Int'l" found at the DHL Global Mail link. They will not be able to assist you with the DHL GM tracking number so please make enquiries using the USPS tracking number. We ship orders promptly; most delays are caused by Customs inspections and slow processing at the destination country.

Economy - Global Mail (not insured): 2-5 weeks (depends on your Import/Customs department) USPS Priority Mail International: 10 - 12 days USPS Priority Mail Express International: 7 - 10 days UPS can be fast (one week) but is sometimes problematic, especially if your address is not formatted to their requirements, we recommend Economy or USPS options as above. International economy delivery by Economy - Global Mail can take 2 - 5 weeks depending on the country's efficiency, regulations and Customs departments. We ship orders promptly - same or next working day; delays are sometimes caused by Customs inspections and slow processing at the destination country.

Your order will either ship from USA or the UK depending which distribution centre is closest to you.
