US orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Iowa, so there are no customs delays.

Parcel delayed or missing?
Please contact us with your order number. If a parcel is stuck or lost, we open a claim with the carrier. If an international parcel can't clear customs, it comes back to us. We refund undelivered orders once the parcel is back with us or the claim is settled.
