International delivery

We ship regularly to other countries and handle the customs paperwork for you, so there's less chance of delay. Most delays happen at customs in the destination country.

In the USA? Our US store ships from Iowa with no customs delays. See US delivery.

Parcel delayed or missing?

Please contact us with your order number. If a parcel is stuck or lost, we open a claim with the carrier. If an international parcel can't clear customs, it comes back to us. We refund undelivered orders once the parcel is back with us or the claim is settled.
